Camden SOUP is a micro-funding dinner which supports and celebrates community-based projects in London. For a suggested donation of £5.00 on the door, guests enjoy a home-cooked meal using fresh food which otherwise would have gone to waste, connect with other members of their community and hear pitches from local organisations, before voting on which idea receives the money raised from the evening.
Camden SOUP is hosted by Camden Hub, Camden’s mental health wellbeing centre.
If you’re working on a project or an idea and could use some extra funding to make it happen, please consider applying to pitch at SOUP – to apply or if you have any questions get in touch with us on firstname.lastname@example.org or 0207 278 4437.
In the past we’ve had everything from schools and charities to theatre companies and gardening groups among our pitchers – we think social impact can take many forms and would love to hear from you if you think you might have a project that fits the bill!
